Free content purchased but not downloaded ps4

So I purchased the Deluxe Founders Pack from the PS store for $50, but it's not in my download list, and none of the content (e.g. skins, solo campaign, loot boxes, unique weapons etc) appears in Fornite on my son's account.

Download it from the overview page to ur ps4. It should start downloading to ur ps4 ASAP, I did it from my iPad. It's a weird glitch, but at least there's a workaround. I even got an email in Japanese confirming my purchase. But, then nothing. No download started. I checked my downloads in the notifications, and it's not showing up there. If i try to start the download from the store, it just says "installed". However, the download was supposed to be 12 gigs and the actual content can't be found in the game.
